Client Cancellation
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.
- Late cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Missed appointments without prior notice are considered non-cancellable.
Astrologer Cancellation
If a consultation cannot be conducted due to unavoidable circumstances from our side, clients will be offered:
- Rescheduling of the session, or
- Refund (as applicable)
Consultations involve prior preparation and time allocation, therefore strict cancellation rules apply.
