Refund & Return Policy
Since we provide astrological consultation services only, there is no return of services once delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical payment failure
- Consultation not delivered due to reasons from our side
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with consultation advice
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Incorrect details provided by the client
- Missed appointments
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Samir Upadhyay.
